Unprotected sex or “bareback sex” as it is colloquially known can cause many health problems. Having unprotected sex may lead to both or either one of the two consenting adults to get sexually transmitted diseases, aids or HIV. In some cases it can also lead to unwanted/unplanned pregnancy. Figures show that 43% of people in Britain have unprotected sex every year. They also show that a quarter of 16-20 year olds don't use a condom when engaging in any form of sexual activities.
